At Red Clay Angels, we want you to love every piece you order. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery (giving you a buffer before Trendsi's 7-day window closes). Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.
To start a return, email us at redclayangels867@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Jewelry and accessories
- Bodysuits
- Intimates and lingerie
- Swimwear
- Beauty products
- Face masks
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges of any kind.
Refunds Once your return is received and processed (allow 5-7 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.
US Orders Only We currently only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.
