Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing. Total delivery time is generally 7-15 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

US Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at redclayangels867@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on item availability. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
